  I wasn't able to get insured with them ONLY because when I bought my vehicle the Office was closed and I needed to insure it immediately in order to even take it from the dealership but once my policy is up with the insurance company I'm currently with I have every intention on coming right over here and dealing strictly with MATT he is AWESOME great great personality, very honest,upfront and looks out for the CUSTOMER!!! He's on top of everything and on point with everything!! he calls me when I don't even remember and always at the right time!!! MATT needs to get a raise!!!! ( ATTENTION MATTS BOSS)!!! I would pay more just because dealing with MATT is GREAT!!!

  Every house I love is listed as "active" on their site but actually has an accepted offer in. It is insane that the site does not list when this happens. For each property I waste time researching the area, the commute, discussing with my family and try to set up an appointment .... only to find the sellers have already had accepted offers. I've been told that "it takes too much time" and that "the real estate agents are lazy" by two different Redfin employees. Either way, the system is fundamentally flawed and the time waste gets passed on to me. When you're betting your future life on these decisions, trying to picture yourself living and thriving somewhere, this erroneous system really starts to drag you down.

  Google cannot get locations exact even for a superior search engine, street level 3/10s of a mile away Capital one customer service commits fraudulent statements. Call capital one credit, the audacity to assert themselves and boldly try to obtain my confidence that my phone call is encrypted. "Encrypted"? a phone call? No phone call to anyone is encrypted. Why would capital one not be interested in prosecuting those responsible for committing fraud ? Involvement, no one even law enforcement prosecutes their own when they commit fraud. Capital one = Fraud In an effort to obtain customers, capital one hires "actors" people who act like someone else to do their commercials. Now for this banks staff, Alisha rude, nosy, condescending, cannot keep their minds on the business at hand.
